Xiao Hui Wang

Xiao Hui Wang, born in the Chinese city of Tianjin in 1957, works as a photographer and authoress in Germany and China. She studied Architecture and Communications Science at Tongji University in Shanghai.

She has lived in Munich since 1986. In 1990 she received the Bavarian Cultural Funding Award. Wang has won international prizes for her artistic work. She has so far published more than 40 books, primarily pictorial volumes. Her autobiography “My visual diary” has won key book prizes in China.
