General points

MEISSEN® will establish the retail price for Meissen Porcelain® currently chargeable at MEISSEN-SHOPS®. No consideration is given to the item’s age or condition. The information provided in no way constitutes a certificate of authenticity, a specialist’s report or expert assessment of the item’s authenticity and/or true provenance. No information of whatever kind shall be furnished for commercial purposes.

You will always receive such information from us by post.

MEISSEN® does not furnish information on the current or general value of porcelains.

Costs

Prices for products in our standard range are given free of charge. It is possible in the case of products no longer in our standard range to calculate the retail price currently applicable at any MEISSEN-SHOP®. To cover the costs we incur we will levy a service charge comprising 5 % of the value established (no less than €10, no more than €250 plus VAT at the governing rate per product).

Picture quality

Please note that, for us to be able to say anything definitive about your porcelain, it is essential that your photos be of good quality. You must vouch that the images you provide us with show the actual condition of the item and have not been manipulated in any way.

Price information by post

You can also send your particulars by post. Please note: any porcelains we receive will be returned unprepaid to the sender once they have been processed.

Should the porcelain in question not form part of the standard MEISSEN® range, a charge of 5 % of the value established will be levied (no less than €10, no more than €250 plus VAT at the governing rate per product). It is necessary for you to confirm that these costs will be assumed before work on your enquiry can proceed.
