Guided tours for blind and visually impaired guests

Getting to know Meissen porcelain by touch is a new experience. The Museum runs special guided tours for the blind and visually impaired, bookable in advance.

The various material properties of the porcelain paste at different stages in its manufacture can be “felt” in the Demonstration Workshop. We conclude by taking our guests through the Museum, where they are able to haptically experience large-format sculptures in Meissen porcelain by Johann Joachim Kaendler.

Guided tour in German: €60 plus entrance
