The paintings of Adam Friedrich von Löwenfinck are rarely delicious inspirations, as can be seen on the mythical creatures on the tin end. With fantasy they float above the scenes with Chinese. In the first half of the 20th century Paul Börner succeeded in transferring motifs and forms of Chinese origin into his world of porcelain - as on this successful tin from 1932, which is visibly inspired by vessel forms of Chinese origin. The enchanting tin is a successful symbiosis of art and history, of artists and art history.
