Your order will be processed no later than the next business day. Orders which are available in the manufactory from stock, we deliver within 1-3 working days in Germany. In EU countries, the standard delivery time is between 2-4 days. Excluded from this are orders which, due to their bulkiness or weight, can only be sent as freight shipments. If you have selected prepayment as payment method, the dispatch takes place after the payment is received. Here we ask you to observe the usual bank terms. Should the Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH not be able to meet promised delivery times due to incidents beyond our control, you will be informed immediately.
If you order products from Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over such charges. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that when ordering from the Manufacture, you will be considered an importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products. The protection of your data is important to us. We would therefore like to draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries may be subject to inspection by the responsible customs authorities.
Logistics Partner & Delivery
Your orders will be shipped by Deutsche Post DHL, DHL Express or FedEx depending on the country of delivery and the extent, size and weight of the items. For shipments within Germany to private end consumers, Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH prefers Deutsche Post DHL. If you attach particular importance to one of the shipping companies, we ask you to inform our customer dialogue in advance by telephone or e-mail. Deliveries of bulky goods, such as candlesticks and floor vases, are shipped with selected freight forwarders. Please carefully check that the goods are not damaged after receipt. Should you notice any damage to the product or the packaging, please inform us immediately - for insurance reasons if possible within 2 days after receipt of the goods. Ideally, document the condition of the packaging and do not unpack the goods for the time being if the packaging shows considerable damage.
