The tea caddy "Tea Blossom" - a limited work of art like from ancient times!
Jasper porcelain is the name Johann Friedrich Böttger himself gave to the reddish-brown material he discovered in MEISSEN® in 1706, barely two years before he invented white porcelain. An unusually hard, fine-pored and malleable material, it took on a cut and polish like a semi-precious stone, could be hand-painted and was soon given the nickname "fine red porcelain", known today as "Böttger stoneware". In this tradition of processing, Sylke Ebermann refined the tea caddy with a fine relief to match the shape: The front and back are each adorned by a tea blossom with a flowering branch, swarmed by small, hand-painted golden insects.
The beautiful work of art is produced in limited edition.
