  1. Terms and conditions, raffle “Open Days 2022“

    The organiser of the competition is the state porcelain manufactory Meissen GmbH, Talstrasse, 01662 Meissen, Germany. The competition takes place exclusively at House of MEISSEN for the Open Days 2022 event on 15th and 16th of July 2022. Among all participants who subscribe our MEISSEN e-mail newsletter we are giving away following prizes:

    1st Prize: (1x) Starter Set "N°41 Swords", 14-PCS. The set consists of: 2x79A221-41438-1, 2x79A221-41479-1, 2x79A222-41501-1, 2x99A365-41487-1, 2x99A367-41473-1, 2x99A369-36582-1

    2nd Prize (3x): Homeoffice Set "Swords Fantasy", 2-PCS. (79a443-c5554-1)

    3rd Prize (5x): 1x Mug, Form "Berlin", "Blue Passion", V 0,25 l (79a451-55810-1)

    Meissen will select a winning participant at random.

    The closing date is 16th July 2022 – 5 pm.

    The selected winners will be drawn at random by 20/07/2022, contacted by email and asked to share his/her contact details (first name, surname and address) also via email with the organiser. If the winner fails to get in touch within 48 hours, the win will be deemed invalid. As such, the raffle will be drawn again, and a new winner selected. The same applies in the case that a winner communicated incorrect contact details and the delivery of the prize is therefore not possible. Anybody aged 18 and over living in the EU may enter the competition. Employees of the state porcelain manufactory Meissen and their relatives, as well as employees of contracted agencies and companies are excluded from being able to enter the competition.

    A pay out of the value of the prize, refund or exchange are not possible. It is not subject to legal recourse. Participation via so-called competition clubs and automated services is not allowed. The organiser reserves the right, to exclude applicants on the grounds of false representation, manipulation or use of disallowed means of help, if difficulties arise which compromise the integrity of the competition.

    As part of the competition, the organiser ascertains and makes use of the following personal data: first name, surname and email address. In the case of the winner only will the organiser ascertain the following personal data: postal address (street, postcode and town). Participants can request to know which personal information is saved on them at any time.
