   Redeemable once online at www.meissen.com. Valid until 90 days after date of issue. Voucher cannot be combined with other discounts. Not redeemable in the MEISSEN Outlet. No cash payment possible. Not redeemable on products of the categories "Sales" and MEISSEN vouchers. Not redeemable on products of the category “Peace Collection”, merchandise and cooperation products.

    

   XMAS voucher

   One voucher per purchase. Redeemable once at MEISSEN stores and customer service, online at http://www.meissen.com and at participating retailers. Valid until 31st December 2023. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts. Not redeemable in the MEISSEN Outlet and on already discounted sets with a special price. No cash payment possible. Not redeemable on products in the sale and MEISSEN vouchers.

    

   Terms and conditions Christmas raffle 2023
    

   1. General

   The organizer of the raffle is Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH, Talstraße 9, 01662 Meißen, Federal Republic of Germany. The raffle takes place exclusively on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/meissen_porcelain/. Participation is only possible from the 01.11.2023 at 00:01 until the 31.12.2023 at 23:59. By participating in the raffle, participants accept these terms and conditions.

   This campaign is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. All information provided by a participant about this campaign is provided to Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH and not to Instagram.

    

   2. Eligibility

   Eligible to participate is any natural person aged at least 18 years with a residence in the EU. Employees of the Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH and their relatives, as well as employees of the involved agencies and companies and their relatives, are excluded from participating.

    

   3. Exclusion of certain Persons

   The organizer reserves the right to exclude postings and the associated accounts from participation for a valid reason, especially if participants violate these terms and conditions, attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other participants through illicit influence or manipulation, or if postings display pornographic, glorifying/violating violence, extremist, legally infringing or immoral content, or are otherwise unsuitable for publication for other reasons. In these cases, the organizer can also retroactively exclude participants, revoke prizes, and reclaim them. Participants act on their own responsibility and assure that their posting does not violate third-party rights or legal regulations.

    

   4. Multiple Participation & Procedure and Implementation of the raffle

   Multiple participations in the raffle are allowed. To participate in the campaign, participants must meet the following requirements:

   -          Take a photo clearly showing one or more items of Meissen porcelain. The object doesn't need to be owned by the participant.

   -          Post the photo on the participant's public Instagram account.

   -          Use both hashtags #ILOVEMEISSEN2023 and #MEISSENPORCELAIN in the caption of the participating post.

   -          Tag/link the MEISSEN Instagram account (@meissen_porcelain) on the participating post.

   -          The post must be made within the raffle period from 01.11.2023 at 00:01 until 31.12.2023 at 23:59.

   -          At the time of the draw, the post must be publicly visible.

   -          Participation is only possible via the platform mentioned above.

   -          Furthermore, it is a prerequisite that participants follow the MEISSEN Instagram account (@meissen_porcelain).

   Meissen will randomly select the winners from all Instagram users. The selected winners will be drawn at random by 11.01.2024, contacted via Direct Message, and asked to send their contact details (first and last name and address) to the organizer for prize delivery. If winners do not respond within 48 hours, their prize will be forfeited. In this case, new winners will be drawn from the eligible participants. The same applies if incorrect contact details are provided, making delivery or handover of the prize impossible.

    

   The prizes are 1 of 3 Coffee to go mug from the MEISSEN2Go collection by Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur MEISSEN GmbH, which will be sent to the winners by post by the organizer Staatliche Porzellan Manufaktur MEISSEN GmbH by 29.02.2024. The three available Coffee to go mugs are specifically 1x "Coffee to go mug Lucky Dragon with cuff" (Item No.: 79a934-46m01-1), 1x "Coffee to go mug Monkey & Sloth with cuff" (Item No.: 79a933-46m01-1) and 1x "Coffee to go mug Swords with cuff" (Item No.: 77a042-46m01-1). Winners cannot make a selection – assignment is done randomly.

    

   There is no cash alternative to the prize, nor can it be exchanged or refunded. Legal recourse is excluded. The prize is not transferable. Participation through raffle clubs and automated services is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants due to false information, manipulation, or the use of unauthorized aids and/or to suspend the raffle in whole or in part if difficulties arise from manipulations that endanger the integrity of the raffle.

    

   The organizer is only liable for damages to the winner due to material and/or legal defects in case of fraud, intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability for material and/or legal defects is excluded.

    

   5. Data Protection

   Responsible for data processing in connection with the raffle is Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen GmbH, Talstraße 9, 01662 Meißen, Federal Republic of Germany. The named responsible party and Instagram (platform operator is Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland) are jointly responsible for data processing on the Instagram page where the raffle is held, pursuant to Art. 26 DSGVO.

   We process your personal data for the proper implementation and processing of the raffle and in particular for sending the prize.

   As part of the raffle, the organizer collects, processes, and uses the following personal data: Name of the Instagram account. Only in case of a win, the following personal data are additionally collected, processed, and used for its delivery: Name, email address, postal address (street, zip code, city).

    

   The legal basis for these processing of your personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (implementation of pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of a contract).

    

   After the end of the raffle, your personal data processed as part of the raffle will be deleted no later than three months after the end of the raffle unless a valid consent to further processing (e.g., for sending newsletters) exists and/or there is a legitimate interest on our part in further storage.

    

   The data protection declaration, which is available at https://www.meissen.com/de/datenschutzerklarung, applies accordingly.
