how can i purchase or redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased in our online shop. You can redeem our gift cards in our MEISSEN Stores, except in KaDeWe (Berlin) and Oberpollinger (Munich).
Please note:
- Gift cards cannot be disbursed
- They are not transferable
- Lost gift cards cannot be refunded
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years
