The "Magnificent Terrine" by Johann Joachim Kaendler from 1734 was intended for the court of August III. Under the proud crown shines the Saxon-Polish alliance coat of arms, symbol of an exceedingly successful policy of the Saxon Wettiner, who ruled since 1696 the electorate of Saxony and the kingdom of Poland in personal union. A vine with sculptured flowers completes the magnificent terrine. Limited edition.
