In the white bottle cap "Monkey Nothing Say" Maria Walther gives the guenon a particularly expressive facial expression, contrary to the conventional way of representation. Worked out by hand as well as finally retouched, the white porcelain body is firmly mounted on a stainless steel stopper. The attached rubber rings ensure an airtight closure. As a soulful accompaniment to the good vintage, Maria Walther's handicraft receives new, prominent use and an illustrious place in everyday life with the "MEISSEN^® Bottle Tops". The "Affe Nichts Sagen" bottle top also represents a truly special detail. With her sculpture "Three Monkeys", published in 2018, Maria Walther has interpreted the oft-cited proverb "mizaru, kikazaru, iwazaru" in an expressive and contemporary way - one species of monkey for each of the three wisdoms. A different kind of implementation is now found in the bottle caps, each crowned by one of the three monkeys made of MEISSEN^® porcelain.
