how can i return items?
Where a right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after yiou notify us of the withdrawa.
- Please use our online withdrawal form to submit your withdrawal to our customer support team.
- Each shipment contains a return form and postage for free returns
- Please complete the return form and attach it to the return shipment
- Refunds will be made after receipt and verification of your shipment
