Cancellations/ Returns - FAQ

1. how can i return items?

   All goods can be returned within 14 days upon receiving the items:

   • Fill out the cancellation form and send it to our customer service via Fax +49 3521 4686600 or via e-mail service@meissen.com  
   • Each shipment contains a return form and postage for free returns
   • Please complete the return form and attach it to the return shipment
   • Refunds will be made after receipt and verification of your shipment
