MEISSEN Ornaments The Original Table Lamp, Black Base, Black Lampshade

The table lamp from the MEISSEN Ornaments collection is a refined furnishing piece that unites light and design. Its porcelain body bears the "The Original" decoration, featuring botanical motifs of blossom, branch, and leaf rendered in clear, restrained linework. The result is a striking focal point that fits discreetly into discerning living spaces.

The spherical porcelain body is glazed in deep black, providing the ground for the decoration. Across it unfold gold blossom and branch motifs: a large, finely drawn chrysanthemum, clusters of blossoms, branches with leaves, and small dots that animate the surface. In places, light accents complement the gold, so the decoration reads in varying tones. Because the body is round, the motif reveals itself anew from every angle.

The black cylindrical "Chintz" shade crowns the table lamp and echoes the deep black ground of the porcelain body, allowing the gold decoration to stand out all the more clearly. It diffuses the light softly and evenly, creating a warm ambient glow that brightens the room gracefully.

The base is finished in brass, brushed matte with a satin protective lacquer. Its understated surface catches the light with restraint, supports the porcelain body, and echoes the metal accents of the interior without competing with the decoration.

At 33 cm (13 in) tall, the table lamp is compact and easily placed on nightstands, side tables, consoles, or sideboards. In the bedroom, hallway, or study, it adds a decorative accent without demanding much surface area.
