Edifice Vase with handle Golden Stripes H 70 cm

The Pumpkin Vase from the "Edifice" collection, designed by Bodo Sperlein, combines MEISSEN's centuries-old craftsmanship with a striking, architecturally inspired design language. Standing 70 cm high, the vase has an extraordinary sculptural presence. Several softly rounded volumes stacked one above the other echo the characteristic silhouette of the traditional pumpkin vase and translate it into an impressive vertical composition.

Especially striking are the gold-toned handles, which Bodo Sperlein removes from their conventional function and transforms into structural design elements. Between the individual porcelain bodies, they create visible connections, while at the base they become supporting feet. Vertical gold lines continue this design concept across the entire vase, emphasizing its proportions and giving the white porcelain surface a clear architectural structure. In this way, handle, construction, decoration, and function merge into an exceptional visual unity.

Precise, functional, and unexpected, "Edifice" reinterprets classic elements of porcelain design through Bodo Sperlein's contemporary perspective. The 70 cm Pumpkin Vase combines the technical precision of Meissen porcelain with a modern design vocabulary, creating a monumental design object with a powerful spatial presence.
