Single Figurine Bridal Couple

The 11.5 cm high figurine "Bride and Groom" by sculptor Peter Strang shows how excellent craftsmanship can exploit the aesthetic possibilities of MEISSEN^® porcelain. Created in 1997, the figurine is lovingly hand-painted and staffed with gold accents.

For his sculptures, the artist has developed a completely new style of working: He does without model forms, builds each figure completely free. It is this technique that requires decades of experience in working with porcelain and craftsmanship to perfection. Hand-painted or left natural - his masterpieces are concentrated on the essentials: The expression is the focus. In this way, the sculptor carries the artistic tradition of MEISSEN^® into the modern age with his works.
