A detailed technical decoration was implemented on the mug "Blue Parrots", which portrays parrots in the style of blue pen-and-ink drawing. The mug "Blue Parrots" is a contemporary homage to one of Meissen's most prolific design genres, bringing the rich history of Europe's oldest porcelain manufactory to life with every morning cup. A wonderful gift for Christmas. With "The MEISSEN Mug Collection", the Meissen manufactory presents a unique mug series with motifs from over 300 years of manufactory history. The second collection in 2019 is dedicated to the traditional genre of bird painting. Historic prints, vibrant nature studies, stylized renditions in elaborate hand painting as well as graphic artwork form the basis for the decors of "The MEISSEN Mug Collection".
