This appetizer plate is a true gem for your home dinner service: the "New Cutout" shape appetizer plate with the "Onion Pattern" decoration in cobalt blue is the original from 1739, which was inspired by the East Asian decorations that were mainly blue at the time. As part of a traditional dinner service, the dessert plate is a special piece of tableware, hand-painted and exquisite. In fact, the onion pattern does not actually depict onions, but rather shows pomegranate, peach, bamboo stick and delicate flowers, following the model. Fine dinnerware, hand painted to perfectly complement any dinner service, this dessert plate presents culinary in the Meissen tradition.
