Wall Painting ¿Ray, Small", 20 x 13 cm

A fascinating underwater world in Meissen porcelain: numerous sculpted ray figures are affixed to the white wall plaque, creating a striking three-dimensional effect. Their relief-like design projects clearly from the surface, producing a lively interplay of forms, levels, and shadows. The rays appear to move through the water in different directions.

The small rays are hand-decorated in a range of blue shades, evoking the changing light of the sea and the many hues of the water-from delicate, light-filled tones to richer, deeper accents. A gold-decorated ray creates a warm, luminous contrast and draws the eye toward the center of the composition.

MEISSEN artist Maximilian Hagstotz combines the sculptural impact of figurative porcelain forms with a modern, understated color palette. The rays attached to the wall plaque give the piece exceptional depth and transform it into a striking work of art for the wall.

The wall plaque measures 20 × 13 cm (height × width) and is also available in additional sizes. The individual plaques can be purchased separately and arranged as a harmoniously composed trio. Crafted from Meissen porcelain and decorated by hand with great care, the piece combines contemporary design with the longstanding craftsmanship of the porcelain manufactory.
