description
This Serving Dish from the Swan Service collection is crafted from Meissen porcelain and combines artistic elegance with a clear purpose. It is ideal for side dishes, small servings, or refined arrangements and integrates beautifully into both classic and modern settings. With length 46 cm, the piece integrates beautifully into table settings and existing arrangements.

The Swan Service was designed from 1737 onward by master modeler Johann Joachim Kaendler for Count Heinrich von Brühl and, with more than 2,200 pieces, is considered one of the most extensive and elaborate Baroque ceremonial services. The finely modeled pair of swans, set among reeds, shells, and water motifs, gives the service its name and distinctive character.

To this day, each piece is carefully shaped and finished by hand at the Meissen manufactory. The white version emphasizes the sculptural quality of the relief, making the piece a refined addition to elegant table culture.
