The vide-poche "Peace" combines the Ming Dragon, one of Meissen's oldest decorations, with the iconic peace sign from the 1950s. The two dragons gracefully wind around the blue sign of peace. The vide-poche "Peace" is suitable for storing jewellery or as a decorative object. A statement piece that is a wonderful gift for Christmas. The Ming Dragon was created in 1740 in MEISSEN and is based on the dragon decorations of Chinese porcelain. In Chinese mythology, it symbolizes wisdom and the spirit of change, as well as power, sun and light. The typical MEISSEN depiction of the Ming Dragon shows a dragon with four toes, which in ancient China was reserved only for the imperial prince.
