MEISSEN designer Lena Hensel developed the "Giant Bloom" service, which is decorated with various types of flowers, together with Meissens porcelain painters over a period of around one year. The already developed Giant Bloom décors from the art department served as a model for the collection, such as the "Hibiskus" tee saucer. The wide plate rim of the popular "MEISSEN® Cosmopolitan" shape represents a perfect stage for the expansive hand-painting, this porcelain shape was deliberately chosen for the presentation of the "Giant Bloom" collection. This is also the case with the creation of the "Hibiskus" tee saucer, which is characterized by its bright, strong flower colour and brings spring and even summer to the table.
