The pendant "Curved Heart Rose" shows a hand-painted pink rose on a heart made of MEISSEN® porcelain. Thanks to its light pink color, the rose looks delicate and unobtrusive. Thanks to its light colors, the "Curved Heart Rose" pendant can be worn not only on festive occasions, but also shines in everyday life. Flower painting is deeply rooted in the tradition of the MEISSEN® porcelain manufactory, has grown steadily within it and is still cultivated today. The rose appears as a motif in porcelain painting from 1740. Initially in bouquet form, the rose blossom became popular as a single motif in the following Marcolini period. Finally, in the Biedermeier period, the "MEISSEN® rose" developed, which shows a sculptural floral still life.
The jewelry has been elaborately hand-painted and the pendant naturally bears the MEISSEN® swords as a symbol of the traditional manufactory.
