The 10-piece "VITRUV" Coffee-Set is designed for two people and comes in a specifically designed and hand-packaged gift box. Thus, it is ideally suited as a Christmas present. Named after the famous architect and author of ancient Rome, "VITRUV" finds inspiration in one of the fundamental elements of architecture - the column - and cites it in the 2019 service. The architectural model is particularly recognisable in the hand-applied bases of the pots and cups. "Graphic", various reliefs specially developed for "VITRUV", are influenced by Japanese print templates, so-called Katagami, which offer an extraordinary wealth of motifs and geometric shapes. The Meissen porcelain artists translate these rich ornamental decorations to the medium of porcelain and thus provide the linear purist service shape with an enthralling feel.
