The vase "Chinoiseries by Höroldt" shows a landscape with pagodas. Each of the three signs on the front and back, which show figurative scenes or landscapes with pagodas, inspires the imagination to a small journey through time. The motives for this were provided by the famous "Schulz Code", one of the most extensive collections of historical models, the treasure of which MEISSEN has guarded for over 250 years. The hand-painted base radiates cobalt blue from the depth of the glaze and lends a special intensity to the pictures captured on the porcelain with the finest brush strokes. Floral ornaments play around the bulbous middle part. Frame and flower tendrils of high-carat gold combine the enchanting scenes. Limited to 25 pieces.
