With the first figurines made of MEISSEN® porcelain in the mid-18th century, not only was a new art form created - it also sparked a very special passion for collecting that continues to this day. Johann Joachim Kaendler (1706-1775) picked up on the theme of the seasons early on and translated this into a variety of figures. A small fur cape adorns the small sculpture - "The Winter".
Of course, the other 3 seasons are also available as small works of art.
As part of the collection "Limited Edition" the production of the sculpture is limited to 25 copies.
