Limited Edition Can, Indian Flower Painting

The "Tin III Indian Flower Painting" as a testimony of outstanding craftsmanship belongs to the MEISSEN^® "Limited Edition".
The fascination of the historic MEISSEN^® Indian decorations remains unbroken to this day. It is shown here as a modern adaptation with lush stylized blossoms on the "Indian Flower Painting" tin made of MEISSEN^® porcelain. After covering the motif with a special lacquer, the base is applied, which gets its shine, its intensity from the high temperatures during the first firing. The decoration must therefore be clearly defined before the first firing, as the onglaze colors would not withstand the heat. Then, hand-painted with a feather or brush, a world of flowers rich in nuances is created on the "Tin, Indian Flower Painting", whose East Asian models had already sparked August the Strong's passion for collecting over 300 years ago.
