The manufactory's mold archive contains molds for around 9,000 sculptures from over 300 years. This great variety is mainly due to the creativity of MEISSEN® artists of that century, especially the great Johann Joachim Kaendler (1706-1775). Allegorical motifs of the small works of art were very popular in the 18th century. Summer usually holds a bunch of ears of corn, as in this figure.
Of course, the other 3 seasons are also available as small works of art.
As part of the collection "Limited Edition" the production of the sculpture is limited to 25 copies.
