The bird figurine from 1737 by Eberlein and Kaendler, which has been given a new look by Otto Drögsler, has a magical appearance. In a limited edition, he hand-painted the earlier model with the imposing feathered crest with black and blue details. The lifelike depiction of birds goes back a long way. Artists have been reproducing animal situations true to detail since the middle of the 18th century. Exceptional craftsmanship this cockatoo. Hand-painted with great attention to detail, the bird figurine is a wonderful example of MEISSEN® craftsmanship.
