The "Candlestick Set Sphinx", hand-painted and limited, was created by the artist Johann Carl Schönheit in 1789. The artwork of the two candlesticks in the shape of a sphinx are in white MEISSEN^® porcelain, emphasized by filigree gold decoration, hand-painted. Grace and charisma of the neo-Egyptian look of the candlesticks could already be called "Empire". With his sphinx artwork, Johann Carl Schönheit was already several years ahead of his time. Limited to 100 pieces.
