Hand painted & limited - Liqueur set according to Meissen craftsmanship!

The hand-painted decorated liqueur set "Japanese rock, branch and bird motifs" consists of a pitcher and two mugs with matching serving tray. Porcelain painter Wilhelm Wache (1860-1926) created this decoration, which perfectly matches the shape of Asian sake vessels. The form that bears the limited-edition applied craft dates back to the 18th century. Colorful hand-painted applied birds cavort on the bottle and cups among purple peonies. The liqueur set likewise includes a tray adorning perched songbirds on branches full of yellow chrysanthemums. Gold and platinum, also hand-painted applied, highlight the luxurious craftsmanship.

Peonies represent health, prosperity and success in the East and West. Yellow chrysanthemums symbolize the sun and long life. Their color is that of the emperor. So even the precious little limited service contributes to bring us joy!

The liqueur set is limited to 50 pieces.
