The Déjeuner Altbrandenstein "Flower Painting in Puce" consists of two cups with saucer, three dining plates, a sugar bowl, a milk jug and a coffee pot and the associated serving tray. Johann Friedrich Eberlein created the form around 1740. Now the Dejeuner gets a new decor: The reliefs remain undecorated and the fine box decor has an almost three-dimensional effect. The green is applied in two layers and contoured with black lines to enhance the depth effect. The purple bouquet of flowers is painted in a reservedly delicate manner in the old style. Only the small flowers, which grow curiously beyond the edge, enliven the decor with colourful dots of colour. Limited to 25 pieces.
