From underglaze painting to Watteau scenes or dragon motifs, the patchwork decor brings the creative diversity of the manufactory into focus. This type of decoration was implemented for the first time on a crater vase from the Exclusive Collection at Meissen. It provided the inspiration for the Limited Masterwork "Dish World of Meissen Patterns". Arranged like the petals of a camellia, classic decorative motifs from over 300 years of manufactoring history have been juxtaposed in sections. With its richly detailed reliefs and ornamental decoration, this ceremonial dish from 18 is an impressive testimony to that era and is presented for the first time with full-surface painting as part of the new edition of the "Dish World of Meissen Patterns".
