The sculpture "Carnival", limited edition, by Jörg Danielczyk dissolves the figurative form in abstract silhouettes that leave much room for interpretation. The artist virtuously explores the possibilities of porcelain as a sculptural material for the figure in the interplay of gentle curves and perfectly placed corners and edges. A golden painting emphasizes the artwork 's lines, guiding the viewer's eye in its perception of the figure. Like glittering gems, small patches of color accent the intersections of the sculpture. They reduce the artwork 's sumptuous garb to a minimum and vividly surround the mask that mysteriously conceals the face. Limited.
