Limited Masterworks Can Fruit and Flower Painting

The box "Fruit and flower painting" was hand-painted with a decor in the old manner in copper colors. The mix between strict mosaic surfaces and playful painting of scattered flowers and fruits was a popular design element in the Baroque period - the time of origin of the original form. The historical model was once designed in Meissen Arts and Crafts in matte brown Böttger stoneware, after which the box now shines in white porcelain in a limited reissue for the Meissen Masterpieces 2013. In ensemble with a candlestick and a bowl in the same hand-painted decor, this box shines both in sumptuous combination and as a charming individual piece. Each piece in the small collection is limited edition in Meissen craftsmanship and represents a special piece of porcelain history. The box itself captivates with filigree floral painting in contrast to the opulent gold decoration, which presents the work of art in its center like a frame.
