The "Can Angel of the Four Seasons" by modeller Paul Scheurich, one of the most important porcelain sculptors of the first half of the 20th century, illustrates celestial harmony. Painted with delicate brushstrokes on the porcelain and provided with the appropriate attributes the four small, winged boy figures on the four sides of the box symbolize the seasons: Winter carries the fire, spring a basket full of spring flowers, summer ripe ears of corn and autumn full grapes. Above all of them floats another little angel, sculpturally modelled as the lid knob of the box. A perfect work of art, which additionally receives a wide frame of real gold around the vessel and the lid. Limited to 75 pieces.
