The impressive naturalistic representation of the two filigree fish with blue-yellow and orange-yellow scales on Meissen porcelain is implemented in the so-called onglaze painting. A technique that is used to paint on Meissen porcelain, which has already been fired twice and also has been glazed. With a further firing, the colors finally fuse with the glaze. The wave shape of the bowl complements the movements of the fish that literally float on the Meissen porcelain. Created in the course of the Limited Masterpieces 2012, the bowl with a diameter of 22.5 cm is an absolute eye-catcher as a single piece or in combination with other Meissen porcelain - whether for your own home or as a very special gift.
